HOLIDAY SEASON EXTENDED RETURN POLICY
KEEPTHATPUMP offers an extended 60-day return window for all purchases made during the holiday season. Items purchased between November 10th, 2025 and January 4th, 2026 may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery if you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange/credit, your returned items must meet the following conditions:
1. Unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
2. Not stretched to fit due to purchasing incorrect size causing seams to fray or rip.
3. No fake tans and makeup damage.
4. Final Sale items can only be exchanged for a different size.

Please note that online and in-store purchases cannot be processed interchangeably for replacements, returns, or exchanges.
STORE CREDIT
All returns are processed as store credit. Upon arrival at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 days for our team to complete a quick inspection and issue the credit. A handling fee will apply and will be deducted from the total credit amount. Store credit is valid for 12 months.
EXCHANGES
We offer a one-time exchange for size and/or colour. KEEPTHATPUMP will not be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange. Please refer to our Size Chart before placing an order to ensure the best possible fit.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Every item undergoes a thorough quality check before being shipped to customers. If you happen to receive a faulty item, please contact support@keepthatpump.com and include photos or a short video clearly showing the issue.
REFUNDS
Only genuine manufacturing faults are eligible for a refund or replacement. Examples include:
⦁ Faulty stitching or seams coming undone
⦁ Broken zippers
⦁ Fabric defects such as holes, runs, tears, laddering, or significant pilling upon arrival
⦁ Uneven or warped fabric weave affecting wearability
⦁ Missing components or incorrect item sent
Refunds will *NOT* be issued for:
⦁ Wear and tear over time
⦁ Damage caused by purchasing the wrong size
⦁ Incorrect product care or neglect
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. This may take up to 14 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider’s processing time.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
KEEPTHATPUMP does not cover return shipping costs for international orders. Please arrange your return with a trusted courier that provides tracking, and send the item(s) to the following address:

Items with a ‘Final Sale' badge are final sale and can only be exchanged for a different size.
ON-SITE EVENT PURCHASES
All Warehouse Sale purchases are final sales and can only be exchanged for a different size. Purchases made at Expos are eligible for returns and online exchanges, with customers responsible for covering both return and exchange shipping costs.
